Mornings

1. Start off with a peaceful morning routine. Allow your little one enough time to get dressed, eat breakfast and gather their belongings.

Car Rides

2. Connect with your child! Car rides to and from school is an opportunity to connect by talking or singing along together. Send them off with love, by simple eye contact, a hug and kiss and even a positive intention.”I wish you lots of fun at school today!”

Drop Off

3. Your attitude during arrival has the power to effect how your child starts his/her day. If you are feeling flustered or nerves he/she is likely to feel those emotions and exhibit the same feelings. If you are feeling confident and happy those feelings reflect a sense of security and support. A child that feels safe is ready to learn.
