So we have started our fist gratitude journal almost a month ago. I have to say it has been such a beautiful way to connect with my son. Together we are " developing a grateful way of life" as Michelle Lee-King author of the journal writes. I do believe in being a role model so I have my own journal too. We also share what we are grateful for with each other before reading. Its so fascinating to know what he finds appreciation in.
What this gratitude journal offers children?
- For all ages.
- Foster a sense of self-wroth, love, self-expression, creativity, growth and appreciation.
- Its guided with line spaces to write 3 things we are grateful for each day. Encourging handwriting and language skills.
- Fun drawing directions to foster your child's creativity.
- Awesome affirmations to remind us of how special we all are.
